  Eating oils like organic flaxseed, fish oils, organic olive oils and organic sesame seed oils are considered excellent ways of keeping your bile flowing well.  These oils are also help to alkalinize your bloodstream, lubricate the bowel, protect your arterial walls, and beautify your skin..  It would be ideal if someone can consume a minimum of 2 tablespoons of oil a day.
